13 – DeadWorld:

The world has cured death, rendering all those who take the Life Treatment effectively immortal. But it didn’t stop there. Those that took the cure outlawed any signs of death, any funerary rites or even cemeteries and memorial sites. Thus, the traveling mausoleum was born. DeadWorld became such a place, decades ago, leading to its current incarnation as a train filled with the dead, living, and not-quite-either.

Now led by DeadMistress Violet, the traveling sideshow/carnival/museum wanders the back ways of an unironically dying landscape, looking for keys from the past to untangle and unlock the future.

This story is the first in Volume 5: Spectacle (Out very soon! Watch this space!). It is also the fourth in Book 2 (pictured partly above!).
